5 turning centersA twin-spindle, fully live-tooled setup can produce round parts with milled operations in one cycle. CDS lathe specialists have decades of experience. Part geometry determines whether this approach fits the project.

An in-house-designed particle evacuation and air-filtration system is intended to remove dust and out-gassing from the machining environment.
A second warehouse next to the machining facility provides space for stocked blanket orders, spare parts and additional material storage, with space for shipping-department expansion and material-racking staging.
Sheet, rod and rigid tube can be supplied as stock shapes or cut material, including blanks and discs. The Material Distribution page explains that separate offer. Confirm the exact item, grade and availability when requesting a price.
