CDS reviews customer drawings and specifications for CNC milling and turning. Your engineering team defines the component and selects its material; CDS confirms machining feasibility, price and timing. Equipment not listed above can still be discussed through its individual part requirement.
For a quote, provide the drawing and revision, specified material, dimensions and tolerances, quantity and needed date. Identify required inspection or material records with the request.
Working from a worn or undocumented part?
CDS can document existing geometry through reverse engineering. Worn dimensions, unknown materials and requested changes need customer clarification. Contact CDS before arranging sample delivery. Start with a replacement sample.
