Turned plastic parts with diameters, bores, shoulders and grooves. CDS also has a twin-spindle, fully live-tooled setup for round parts with milled operations in one cycle, subject to the actual drawing and equipment fit.

Replacement parts without a reliable drawing
A worn, damaged or obsolete plastic part can start a replacement project. Dimensional capture and available part records help document the existing component for manufacture.
